We understand that situations may arise where you need to request a refund. 1. Subscription Refunds
Our services operate on a subscription-based model. By subscribing to one of our plans, you agree to the monthly or yearly payment structure for continued access to our services. Refunds are handled as follows:
– Monthly Subscriptions:
We offer a 7-day grace period from the day of your initial subscription to request a refund. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of using our services, you may request a full refund. After this grace period, no refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
– Yearly Subscriptions:
For yearly subscription payments, we provide a 14-day refund window from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be issued, but you may cancel your subscription to avoid future charges.
2. Domain Registration and Setup Fees
When purchasing a custom domain through Ziflite Studio, you are required to pay a one-time yearly fee. Domain registration costs are non-refundable once the domain has been successfully purchased and registered on your behalf. Please ensure that the domain name and details you provide are correct before proceeding.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are non-refundable under any circumstances:
– Domain registration fees (once the domain has been registered).
– Custom development work requested beyond the standard subscription offering.
– Any third-party service fees integrated into your website at your request.
4. Website Transfer Conditions
We offer the ability to transfer your website to another hosting provider after 3 months of active subscription. Transferring your website before the 3-month mark will not be permitted, as we need this time to cover hosting and service costs.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and managing your subscription settings. Upon cancellation:
– Monthly Subscriptions: You will have access to your website until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your subscription will not be renewed.
– Yearly Subscriptions: You will retain access until the end of your 12-month billing period, but no further charges will be made upon cancellation.
6. Maintenance and Customization Fees
Ziflite Studio includes maintenance, security, and minor customization requests in each subscription plan. However, any custom development or complex automation services outside of the scope of your chosen plan will be billed separately and are non-refundable.
7. Refund Request Process
