Welcome to Ziflite Studio! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up for any of our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue the use of our services immediately.
2. Service Overview
Ziflite Studio provides digital solutions, including website design, email marketing automation, maintenance, and hosting. Our services are offered through three subscription plans: Regular, Premium, and Starlight. We also offer custom plans tailored to meet specific needs.
3. Subscription Plans
Our services are available via a subscription-based model with monthly fees, depending on the plan you choose. You will be billed on a recurring basis unless you cancel your subscription. Plan details are as follows:
- Regular Plan: $15/month
- Premium Plan: $35/month
- Starlight Plan: $150/month
A custom plan may be arranged based on specific business needs, and pricing will be determined accordingly.
4. Payment Terms
You are required to make payments for your selected plan in a timely manner. Payments are processed monthly, and failure to pay may result in the suspension or cancellation of services.
You are responsible for covering any one-time domain registration fees. We offer domain registration for prices ranging from $20–$35 annually, depending on your chosen plan.
5. Website Ownership & Transfer
Upon subscribing to our services, you will receive full access and control over the website we create for you. However, you can only request a transfer of ownership after completing three (3) months of paid subscription.
Requests made before the 3-month period may be denied to help us recover costs related to hosting and avoid misuse of our platform. After the three-month period, you may transfer your website to any hosting provider of your choice.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you cancel, your services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, after which your website may be taken down unless transferred.
Refunds are not provided for any services already rendered or completed. In exceptional circumstances, we may issue a refund at our sole discretion.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purposes, including but not limited to:
- Hosting malicious or harmful content
- Distributing spam
- Engaging in fraudulent activities
- Violating intellectual property rights
Violation of this provision may result in the immediate termination of your account.
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of our services at any time without prior notice. In the event of a significant change, we will inform affected customers, and you may have the option to cancel your subscription.
9. Liability Disclaimer
While we strive to provide high-quality, reliable services, Ziflite Studio is not liable for any damages, losses, or interruptions resulting from:
- Website downtime
- Security breaches
- Data loss
- Service interruptions due to third-party providers
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services during the last month of subscription.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of [Federal Republic Of Nigeria]. Any disputes arising from your use of our services will be resolved in accordance with the local jurisdiction.
